Doctor's Time Out Family (DTOF) 9th Annual Anniversary Charity Event Report* Region: North East, Nigeria Locations: 1.*Yobe State* 2. *Gombe State* The following activities were executed by DTOF NE wing in commemoration of this year's anniversary: *Yobe State* 1. A Widow with 8 Children was helped with foodstuffs worth N50,000=00 in Yobe State 2. An old widow helped with N50,000=00 to augment for her House rent in Yobe State *Gombe State* 1. A cancer patient on chemotherapy helped with N25,000=00 Federal Teaching Hospital Gombe, Gombe State 2. A patient on admission at Federal Teaching Hospital Gombe, Gombe State assisted with N25,000=00 Appreciation to all those that contribute to the success of the events. *Dr Nura Umaru (Nuruddeen)* Anchor for DTOF North East Zone 29th June, 2024.

Good evening my people , now that Prof Ujah has accepted his Vice Chancellorship appointment, i feel the next rational step is for him to withdraw his candidacy for NMA President. No long story! If he does otherwise and proceeds with his NMA candidacy after accepting his VC appointment, then something is hugely wrong.The earlier we stop defending the indefensible the better for us all NB..We are for everybody and for no body ie We are not campaigning for or against anybody in the forthcoming election. We have a strong feeling that Prof wont allow some political jobbers and masquerades who have long remained in Naija doctors political space solely for their personal interest and self aggrandizement to coerce him into this moral conundrum. Some people have been eaten up and still derive their source of livelihood from NMA NARD etc. ..now they see Prof as a potential winner and want to force him to take this journey of monumental disgrace and humongous ignominy just for their personal gai...

SOUTH EAST DTOF REGIONAL REPORTS* June 19, 2020 was a remarkable day for little *Master Chijianu Abonyi* a 20 month old male, admitted in the Paediatric Ward for Obstructive Uropathy. The patient’s mother is indigent and couldn’t afford her hospital bills.  Today this child benefited from the *DOCTORS TIME OUT FAMILY CHARITIES * who made a presentation of the sum of *120,000 naira* to the family. The South-East team, ably led by the *NARD PSG, Dr Aneke*, in the company of current and past presidents of ARD UNTH and ARD NOHE namely  *Dr Ekeoma Nwosu* ARD UNTH POTARD *Dr Okorie* ARD NOHE POTARD *Dr Ndiokwelu * ARD UNTH Past POTARD *Dr Okolo KC* ARD NOHE Past POTARD And the ADN of the Paediatrics were on ground to mark this occasion.
