*Doctor's Time Out Family (DTOF) 9th Annual Anniversary SOUTH WEST Charity Event Report* ➡️ *Date:* June 18, 2024 ♦️ *Locations:* 1.Abeokuta, Ogun State, 2.Osogbo, Osun State To mark the 9th anniversary of Doctor's Time Out Family (DTOF), we organized a charity event in two locations: Abeokuta, Ogun State, and Osogbo, Osun State. The event aimed to provide support to vulnerable individuals and communities in these regions. ◼️ *Abeokuta, Ogun State:* - Distributed Salah food to street children - Visited an orphaned set of triplets and provided provisions, foodstuff, and essential commodities - Spoke with the carer of the triplets to understand his challenges and identify potential areas of support *Attendees:* Ably led by Dr Ajibade-Oduyebo K.A - Dr. Shina Ajidahun - Dr. Adedayo oludolamu - ⁠Dr Ikuusedun Gbenga - Dr. Bada Jamal - Dr. Olawoyin - Dr Elehinmi ◼️ *Osun State:* - Led by Dr. OJO John, POTARD UTH, Osogbo, Dr Ajibade Philip (SOTARD) and other ARD members were in attendance. - Paid school fees for a struggling 300L medical student - Visited a sick infant at the pediatrics ward and provided financial support for medications and essentials 🙏🏽 *Appreciation Message:* We are grateful to God and the DTOF team for making this event a success. Special thanks to our team on their dedication and support. We appreciate the efforts of everyone involved in making a positive impact in the lives of those we touched. *Conclusion:* The event was a resounding success, and we look forward to continuing our charitable endeavors in the years to come. Good evening my people , now that Prof Ujah has accepted his Vice Chancellorship appointment, i feel the next rational step is for him to withdraw his candidacy for NMA President. No long story! If he does otherwise and proceeds with his NMA candidacy after accepting his VC appointment, then something is hugely wrong.The earlier we stop defending the indefensible the better for us all NB..We are for everybody and for no body ie We are not campaigning for or against anybody in the forthcoming election. We have a strong feeling that Prof wont allow some political jobbers and masquerades who have long remained in Naija doctors political space solely for their personal interest and self aggrandizement to coerce him into this moral conundrum. Some people have been eaten up and still derive their source of livelihood from NMA NARD etc. ..now they see Prof as a potential winner and want to force him to take this journey of monumental disgrace and humongous ignominy just for their personal gai

SOUTH EAST DTOF REGIONAL REPORTS* June 19, 2020 was a remarkable day for little *Master Chijianu Abonyi* a 20 month old male, admitted in the Paediatric Ward for Obstructive Uropathy. The patient’s mother is indigent and couldn’t afford her hospital bills.  Today this child benefited from the *DOCTORS TIME OUT FAMILY CHARITIES * who made a presentation of the sum of *120,000 naira* to the family.
